The Story of Dubai Crunch

Some cookies get invented. This one got demanded. The pistachio-chocolate wave took over every dessert feed on the internet, and the DMs started asking the same question: could we do it — but as a thick, NYC-style cookie?

Meet Dubai Crunch: a rich chocolate and roasted-pistachio cookie stuffed with creamy pistachio filling and crispy kadayif crunch, finished with more pistachios for the perfect bite. Crispy edges, a gooey green center, and that unmistakable crunch that made the flavor famous.

Why it works

The kadayif — fine, toasted strands of shredded pastry — is the whole trick. It keeps its crunch inside the soft cookie, so every bite lands in layers: chocolate first, then cream, then crunch. It’s the cookie equivalent of a plot twist.

Like everything we bake, it’s made in small batches, to order. If the batch is gone, it’s gone — until the next chapter.
